Tucked away in Gonzales, California, Fogs End Distillery captures the spirit of the old-school American farm distillery. Long before commercial giants took over, spirits were crafted in small batches right on the homestead, shared almost exclusively with close neighbors, family, and friends. We keep that intimate tradition alive today. By prioritizing quality over speed, we use our classic copper still to slowly and gently coax out the finest flavors. It’s a patient, time-honored process—and it’s exactly what the modern craft distilling movement is all about.
