Monterey Rye is created using a “no-cook” traditional sour-mash whiskey method and copper pot still.

Monterey Rye is aged in American and Hungarian Oak. We invite you to taste the distinctive flavor of this specialty spirit.

Made from 50% Rye Grain

Tasting Notes

Notes of butterscotch, caramel and vanilla on the nose and palate. Caramel Apple, oak and well balanced with a creamy and buttery finish.
