About

Our unique recipe takes advantage of the unique variety of botanicals, and combines them in a way that simply could not be done anywhere else in the world. California grown fresh Buddha’s Hand citron, Ginger root and Orange peel are steeped alongside our dry ingredients, with as many products as possible sourced directly from producers. This produces a gin that is balanced, subtly sweet and effervescently smooth, while losing nothing in terms of taste in a cocktail. The best of California agriculture in a bottle.

Made using 100% California neutral grape spirit, and hand crafted in smallbatches on our 60-gallon copper pot still.
